05 — Rules

Simple rules that keep the vintage alive

This gear has survived longer than most bands. Help it outlive us all.

Hours & booking10:00–23:00 daily

  • Daily 10:00–23:00, no days off. At 23:00 the studio closes for everyone, no exceptions.
  • Book in the calendar via the link on the site; confirmed by the admin (+995 591 066 530, Anton).
  • The slot counts as booked only after a text confirmation from the admin in WhatsApp / Telegram.
  • 100% prepayment. Hourly rate only (no half-hours), minimum booking — 1 hour.
  • Up to 6 people in the room; more — agree with us in advance.

Your booked timeStart, overtime, handover

  • Rental starts at the booked time, not at your actual arrival.
  • Being late doesn't extend the slot without prior agreement.
  • Booked hours are paid in full, whenever you finish. Setup and final file transfer are part of the rental time.
  • You may stay up to 15 min over (by agreement); beyond that — pay the next hour.
  • At the end the technician inspects and accepts the room.

Cancellation & staffRefunds, technician, admin

  • Cancel free until 23:00 the day before.
  • Same-day cancellation (after 23:00) — a 50% fee of the booked total.
  • A technician's help is included — but a technician is not a sound engineer.
  • A sound engineer is paid separately and arranged in advance.
  • Admin answers questions 10:00–23:00. 24/7 video surveillance. Free parking nearby when free.

In the studioComfort & respect

  • No food or drinks inside the studio rooms — use the lounge.
  • No smoking or vaping inside (cigarettes, e-cigs, IQOS). Outside only.
  • Shooting = any photo / video gear (phones excepted); its setup, teardown, lighting and decor are part of your booked time.
  • Be kind — conflicts stay outside. We may refuse future visits.
  • Leave the room the way you'd like to find it.

Vintage gear careTube etiquette

  • Master volume to zero before plugging or unplugging anything.
  • Tube amps: power on → standby 1–2 min → play. Shut down in reverse. Never skip standby, never power-cycle.
  • Respect the volume ceiling marks on the hand-wired amps.
  • Your pedals — welcome. Your amp heads — only by prior approval.
  • Something sounds wrong? Stop and call us. Never repair anything yourself; hand us any parts you find.
  • Honest wear happens — we get it. Damage caused by breaking the rules is compensated by the guest.
